Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms apply to your use of ERPTwin, operated by Veeresh Mangalawedhe (individual operating as ERPTwin; not a registered company), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
ERPTwin is a free, independent educational website that visualises SAP concepts. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by SAP SE and does not connect to any SAP system. We do not guarantee employment, certification or exam results.
The content is educational, not professional advice. It is provided for learning only and is not professional, consulting, implementation, legal, tax or accounting advice. Simulations show typical standard SAP behaviour with fictional demo data. SAP behaviour depends on each system's release, configuration and customer-specific settings, so what you see here may differ from your organisation's SAP system. Items marked “Requires configuration validation” must be checked in your own system. Accounting is shown as conceptual or typical postings, never as your real G/L accounts. Do not rely on this content for decisions in a live SAP system without checking with a qualified professional.
2. Free use, no accounts
The site is free and needs no account. We may add optional paid features in future; if we do, separate terms will apply to them and the free content described here will be clearly identified.
3. Your data and export files
Your progress, bookmarks, notes and quiz results are stored only in your browser (see the privacy notice). Keeping backups is your responsibility: we cannot restore data deleted from your browser. Export files are yours; only import files you created.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or copy content in bulk, republish it as your own, attempt to disrupt the site, or probe for vulnerabilities outside our security policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
Simulations, explanations and visual designs are our original work, licensed to you for personal learning. SAP and other SAP products are trademarks of SAP SE — see the trademark notice.
6. Availability, changes and liability
The site and its content are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, for education only. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we give no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including that the content is complete, accurate, up to date or fit for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Grievances: see grievance redressal. Contact: support@erptwin.com.
